ARRIVING & DEPARTURE

Reception hours: 8 – 12 midday | 3pm – 9pm. Between 12 - 3pm our reception is closed! Check out time: 8am-11am. Please let us know if you need to arrive outside arrival our reception hours. (We can wait for you untill midnight) - info@anihaakien.nl

ANI&HAAKIEN’S CANCEL POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you can cancel without penalty until 2pm a day before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this time, you are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to the first night of your stay.

ARE LINEN/TOWELS INCLUDED?

Yes! linen are inlcuded, we hand out fresh bedlinens upon arrival and you have to make your own bed. When you check out please bring them back to reception Thank you!! Towels are not included, you can rent them for €1,50 your entire stay.

DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE LOCKERS IN THE ROOM WHERE I CAN KEEP MY VALUABLES?

Yes! All rooms have private lockers. We provide you a locker key during checkin for free. Here is even a plugg inside to charge your devices.

Sorry, we do not accept cash. Creditcard only on your name.

PARKING

We have our own private indoor car park, next to the hostel. We charge €15 per 24hrs for hotel guests. Only on reservation. Parking on the streets in in the city centre cost you €30,- a day. check out www.parkbee.com for an affordable spot.

DO YOU HAVE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

Everyone is welcome to book a private (dorm) room. Do you want to book a dorm as a solo traveler then please note we have an age limit in the dormrooms: 18-35 years.

DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDITCARD BEFORE ARRIVAL?

Yes we do, 24 hours upfront.

BIKE RENT

Bikes can be rented at the bike shop around the corner: zwaanbikes Or download the app of a city bike that you find in the city.

WIFI WIFI WIFI!

Of course! We have free wifi in the entire building even in our garden there is a strong connection.

DO YOU HAVE A GUEST KITCHEN?

Oh boy! Yes we do. We have the biggest guest kitchen a traveler could dream of. We consider it to be the heart of the hostel. Relax, make friends for life over food. You do need to clean up after your self :)

IS THERE 24/7 RECEPTION?

No we don’t have 24hr reception, so please let us know if you are going to arrive after reception time. Reception hours: 8 am – 12 am | 3pm – 9pm. Don’t worry, there is no curfew and there is always someone around.

I NEED LAUNDRY!

We will do your laundry when you’re exploring the city and have the time of your life! Just drop your dirty clothes in a bag at the reception. € 6,50 per load.(washing & drying)

SMOKING

Its not allowed to smoke inside the hostel. If you want to smoke a sigaret we have a nice garden where you can enjoy your smoky. If you smoke in your room or tamper with the smoke alarm we will charge you a €150 fee (Smoking marihuana is NOT allowed in our garden, in or anywhere in front of the hostel)
